What You’ll Do

• Lead the formulation and execution of policies, strategies, and procedures.
• Manage financial and human resources effectively within the provincial office.

What You’ll Need

• A Bachelor’s degree or NQF 7 qualification in Statistics, Demography, Geography, or Population Studies.
• Five years of relevant experience in a senior managerial role.
• Training in leadership, project management, and research methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analytics tools.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict management skills.
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, and presentation abilities.
