What You’ll Do
- Oversee the provision of efficient human resource management practices to support organisational goals.
- Lead human resource development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and capabilities.

What You’ll Need
- An appropriate recognized Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Public Management, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Psychology.
- A Nyukela certificate for entry into the Senior Management Service (SMS) from the National School of Government (NSG) must be submitted prior to appointment.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience at a senior managerial level in Human Resource Management or Corporate Services.
- In-depth knowledge of the legislative framework governing human resources.
- Strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
- Competence in team leadership, client orientation, and customer focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management skills.
- A valid driver’s license (with exceptions for disabled applicants).
