What You’ll Do

• Investigate and implement land restitution processes and pre-settlement activities
• Coordinate research reports in compliance with applicable rules and regulations
• Oversee land valuation processes and lead negotiations tied to settlement models
• Ensure legal compliance with the Restitution Act and related policies
• Develop submissions under Section 42D of the Restitution Act
• Manage financial controls and corporate administrative services, ensuring efficient risk management
• Engage with provincial and municipal Intergovernmental Relations (IGR) structures
• Contribute to municipal and provincial development planning and programs
• Coordinate settlement negotiations linked to the Rural Economy Transformation Model (RETM)

What You’ll Need

• A Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Public Administration, Development Studies, Law, or a relevant equivalent qualification (NQF Level 7)
• Nyukela certificate (Pre-entry Certificate to the SMS) to be submitted prior to appointment
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a senior managerial level
• Strong knowledge in project management, program management, and strategic planning
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills
• Proficient in budgeting, financial management, and supply chain management
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
