What You’ll Do

• Oversee the implementation of regulatory frameworks that support business growth and consumer protection.

What You’ll Need

• A Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Business Administration, Business Management, LLB, or an equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience at a senior management level or equivalent to SMS level from other sectors.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong competencies in financial management, strategic capability, and leadership.
• Expertise in programme and project management, change management, and knowledge management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, people management, and client orientation.
