What You’ll Do

• Manage and coordinate technical services with a focus on safety and quality assurance.
• Provide inputs for budgeting and compile necessary reports to track progress.
• Oversee the performance and development of artisans, ensuring a competent knowledge base.
• Monitor and control financial expenditures to maintain efficient cash flow.
• Advocate for continuous individual development and stay updated on new technologies.
• Collaborate with technical and engineering bodies on relevant matters.

What You’ll Need

• Appropriate Trade Test Certificate.
• A minimum of ten years post qualification experience as an Artisan or Artisan Foreman in Shuttering, Steel Fixing, or Concrete.
• A valid 273 driver’s license, except for applicants with disabilities.
• Strong project management and technical design skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Competence in financial management and planning.
