Minimum Requirements:

-Professional and presentable Afrikaans speaking individual, aged approximately 22-35 years

-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base, fluent in both a must)

-Matric / Grade 12

-PSIRA registered a must (preferably Grade C)

-Recent call centre or control room experience a must (preferably in security industry)

-Computer literate in MS Office

-Own reliable transport to work

-Able and willing to work shifts (3 days, 3 night, 3 days off)

-Clear Criminal Record

-Residing within 30km from Centurion

-Good communication skills

-Stable employment record and contactable References

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Control room operator duties for Security company

-Answering incoming calls and logging incidents on system

-Dispatching of response vehicles
-Operate and monitor CCTV cameras and video equipment

-Record events and actions monitored from within the control room

-Monitor alarm activations

Salary: R 8 700.00 gross (Not negotiable)
