What You’ll Do
- Provide secretarial support, including managing diaries and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain an electronic document tracking system for efficient recordkeeping.
- Assist in preparing presentations and coordinating meetings, including taking minutes.
- Organize travel logistics for delegates from government and international institutions.
- Verify and process travel claims and requests before approval.
- Engage in administrative support by enhancing documents and coordinating correspondence.
- Conduct desktop research and handle all administrative duties as needed.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, liaising with the CFO’s Office for fund availability.
- Support stakeholder engagement efforts related to VIP visits and technical projects.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate and a minimum National Diploma (NQF level 6) or relevant Bachelor’s degree (NQF level 7) in fields such as Human Resources Management or Business Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to execute job tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
