About the Opportunity
This internship, in collaboration with the Local Government SETA, aims to enhance municipal capacity by offering practical workplace experience in Human Resources. Interns will gain exposure to municipal HR processes and receive training aligned with local government regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Interns will assist with the implementation of Municipal Staff Regulations, Labour Relations processes, Personnel Administration, Occupational Health and Safety, and Training and Development programmes.

Requirements/Qualifications
Candidates must possess basic knowledge of Human Resource Services, good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, report writing skills, and a high level of responsibility. A Diploma in Human Resource Management is preferred. Competence in at least two official Western Cape languages (Afrikaans, English, Xhosa) is required.
