What You’ll Do

  • Lead the patient flow management processes within Mitchells Plain District Hospital.

What You’ll Need

  • A health-related qualification at NQF level 7 allowing registration with HPCSA, SANC, or SAPC.
  • Relevant experience as a health professional in a hospital setting.
  • Recommended experience in bed management processes and administration.
  • Valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to bed management in the public sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to work under pressure.

Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: A health-related qualification at NQF level 7 that allows registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and/or South African Nursing Council (SANC) and/or South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).

Experience: Appropriate experience as a health professional in a hospital setting.

Appropriate experience in Bed Management processes and administration is recommended.

Job Duties

Salary

R487 197 annum
