Key Responsibilities
– Finance Intern (X1): Support financial data management, assist with reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
– M&E Data Capturer & Research Interns (X2): Assist with data capturing, M&E systems, conduct research, and support impact evaluation in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
– Administrative Assistant Intern (X1): Provide administrative support, assist with filing, data capture, and office management.
– Marketing & Communications Intern (X1): Support marketing and social media activities, create content, and help grow the online presence.

Requirements/Qualifications
– Aged 18-34 years
– South African citizenship
– Matric (Grade 12 / N4) or higher qualification
– Passion for arts and youth development
– Willingness to learn and take initiative
– No previous formal employment required
