What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HOD, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Coordinate budget-related tasks, including procurement and claims management.
- Manage correspondence, liaising with agricultural agents and the public.
- Compile travel itineraries and submit trip approvals.
- Assist with inter- and intra-governmental functions, fostering collaboration.
- Review and direct internal and external communications to relevant stakeholders.
- Offer personal support to the HOD in various managerial functions.
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate 3-year National Diploma or B-Degree (equivalent or higher).
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in an administrative role.
- A valid driving licence (Code B or higher); individuals with disabilities who have reasonable access to transport may apply.
- Strong knowledge and experience in public service procedures, procurement, and operational management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and data analysis.
