What You’ll Do

  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, completeness, and reliability of performance data through robust quality assurance processes.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across programmes and service areas.
  • Conduct performance reviews to generate insights that highlight areas needing attention and enhancement.
  • Support evidence-informed reviews to improve decision-making and overall service delivery effectiveness.
  • Apply knowledge of Theory of Change and Logic Models to strengthen programme performance and design.
  • Build capacity within teams to improve data quality and analytical skills.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven learning and continuous improvement to enhance service delivery outcomes.

What You’ll Need

  • A 3-year National Diploma or B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification).
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant supervisory-level experience in data management, quality, reporting, and dissemination processes.
  • A valid Code B or higher driving licence (candidates with disabilities affecting driving but with reasonable transport access may apply).
  • Knowledge and experience in performance monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and results-based management.
  • Proficiency in data management and analytics, including tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance in data processes.
  • Excellent report-writing and presentation skills, alongside strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment under tight deadlines.
