About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement HIV and AIDS policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with national standards.
- Coordinate capacity building programs aimed at enhancing knowledge and skills related to HIV and AIDS.
- Facilitate the accreditation of these programs with relevant professional bodies.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders involved in HIV and AIDS capacity building.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of participants in the capacity building initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs to ensure continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate qualification at NQF Level 6 in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or Social Work.
- 2-3 years of experience in the HIV and AIDS field, particularly in capacity building, training, and development.
- Good understanding of the Social Development Sector and Public Service regulations.
- Familiarity with the PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and relevant HIV and AIDS legislation.
- Strong analytical, policy development, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and excellent communication abilities.
