What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement HIV and AIDS policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with national standards.
• Coordinate capacity building programs aimed at enhancing knowledge and skills related to HIV and AIDS.
• Facilitate the accreditation of these programs with relevant professional bodies.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders involved in HIV and AIDS capacity building.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive database of participants in the capacity building initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs to ensure continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need

• An appropriate qualification at NQF Level 6 in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or Social Work.
• 2-3 years of experience in the HIV and AIDS field, particularly in capacity building, training, and development.
• Good understanding of the Social Development Sector and Public Service regulations.
• Familiarity with the PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and relevant HIV and AIDS legislation.
• Strong analytical, policy development, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and excellent communication abilities.
