Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will:
– Support the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
– Assist in CV screening and candidate shortlisting.
– Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
– Conduct reference and risk checks.
– Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.
– Support employer branding initiatives.
– Assist with recruitment reporting and administrative tasks.
– Contribute ideas to enhance candidate experience and recruitment processes.
Requirements/Qualifications
– Education: Grade 12/Matric and a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or Life Sciences. An Honours qualification is advantageous.
– Skills: Strong interest in recruitment, excellent communication, organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
– Competencies: Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently and in a team, good interpersonal skills, and time management.
