What You’ll Do

• Design and produce objects based on client specifications while adhering to production capabilities.
• Ensure quality through thorough inspection and assurance of produced objects.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and facilities, identifying and repairing technical faults as necessary.
• Compile and submit detailed reports and maintain job records, ensuring accurate documentation of all activities.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Engage in continuous personal development to stay updated with new technologies and procedures.

What You’ll Need

• An appropriate Trade Test Certificate in Bricklaying, Plumbing, Masonry, or Carpentry.
• Experience in steel fixing and shuttering will be advantageous.
• A valid driver’s license, with exceptions made for applicants with disabilities.
• Strong technical analysis skills and knowledge of legal compliance.
• Proficiency in technical report writing and computer-aided applications.
• Excellent decision-making, teamwork, and communication skills.
