What You’ll Do
- Design and produce objects based on client specifications while adhering to production capabilities.
- Ensure quality through thorough inspection and assurance of produced objects.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and facilities, identifying and repairing technical faults as necessary.
- Compile and submit detailed reports and maintain job records, ensuring accurate documentation of all activities.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Engage in continuous personal development to stay updated with new technologies and procedures.
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate Trade Test Certificate in Bricklaying, Plumbing, Masonry, or Carpentry.
- Experience in steel fixing and shuttering will be advantageous.
- A valid driver’s license, with exceptions made for applicants with disabilities.
- Strong technical analysis skills and knowledge of legal compliance.
- Proficiency in technical report writing and computer-aided applications.
- Excellent decision-making, teamwork, and communication skills.
