What You’ll Do

• Monitor reservoir levels and sewer pumps to ensure functionality.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on water and sewer pipelines, including fittings.
• Install and maintain sewer connections and new mains.
• Manage requisitions for materials and store records efficiently.
• Keep detailed records of daily work activities.
• Ensure adherence to Occupational Health & Safety protocols on-site.
• Supervise staff to maintain high standards and efficiency.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum of Grade 10-12 or equivalent qualifications.
• Completed apprenticeship and trade test certificate in Plumbing.
• Basic computer literacy for managing time entries and work orders.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and respond to emergencies.
• Ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of Mpumalanga.
• Capacity to work under pressure and in adverse weather conditions.
• Preparedness to perform overtime and standby duties, including weekends and public holidays.
