What You’ll Do

• Inspect and maintain equipment and facilities, identifying and repairing technical faults as needed.
• Compile and submit reports, keeping meticulous records of work and job-related activities.
• Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

What You’ll Need

• Appropriate Trade Test Certificate in Steel & Shuttering.
• Valid driver’s license, except for applicants with disabilities.
• Technical analysis skills and knowledge of legal compliance.
• Experience in production processes is advantageous.
• Strong decision-making, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and solve problems effectively.
