What You’ll Do

• Train offenders in air conditioning and maintenance trades.
• Execute work based on client requisitions and orders.
• Apply quality control measures to produced items.
• Prepare costings and provide quotes for products.
• Conduct basic workshop administration tasks.
• Perform maintenance services for air conditioning systems.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively within the workshop.

What You’ll Need

• An appropriate Trade Test Certificate underwritten by the Manpower Training Act (Red Seal).
• A valid driver’s licence.
• Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of computer-aided technical applications.
• Understanding of legal compliance in the workplace.
• Ability to write technical reports and communicate effectively.
• Skills in planning, organizing, and teamwork.
