What You’ll Do

• Supervise and produce designs according to client specifications and production capabilities.
• Conduct quality assurance on produced objects and ensure compliance with recognized standards.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and facilities, performing repairs as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain documentation, including registers of maintained and repaired equipment, and compile reports for management.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout projects.
• Mentor and supervise staff, managing resources and scheduling work effectively.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with new technologies and procedures.

What You’ll Need

• Trade Test Certificate in any Built Environment with five years of post-qualification experience as an Artisan.
• Valid driver’s license.
• General knowledge of Public Service Regulations and the Public Service Act.
• Proficiency in project coordination, technical design, and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and lead teams effectively, with a focus on customer responsiveness.
