What You’ll Do

  • Supervise the design and production of civil technical services.
  • Ensure compliance with specifications and production capabilities.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of civil structures and facilities.
  • Schedule maintenance work and allocate resources effectively.
  • Conduct administrative tasks, including updating maintenance registers and compiling reports.
  • Mentor and supervise staff to foster professional growth and teamwork.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate Trade Test Certificate.
  • Five years of post-qualification experience as an Artisan.
  • A valid unexpired driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of legal compliance and technical analysis.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided applications and technical report writing.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel across South Africa as required.
