What You’ll Do

• Process and pay internal and external invoices within 30 days of receipt.
• Provide administrative support for petty cash EFT transactions.
• Reconcile the Accounts Payable sub-module against the general ledger.
• Assist in processing and payment of DEL claims.

What You’ll Need

• An undergraduate qualification in Financial Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, or Financial Management at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
• No prior experience required and must not have participated in any internship program before.
• Knowledge of the Public Service Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, and Generally Recognised Accounting Principles (GRAP).
• Skills in computer literacy, communication, interpersonal relations, analytical thinking, time management, report writing, financial management, and planning and organizing.
