About the Opportunity

AFGRI Farmer Development is offering an exciting Work Integrated Learning Programme for 2026, designed for students pursuing a National Diploma in Agriculture. This 12-month programme provides invaluable practical experience at Vastfontein Farm, perfectly complementing your academic pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements/Qualifications

– South African citizenship and under 35 years of age.
– Enrollment or planned enrollment in the final year of a National Diploma in Agriculture, Crop Production, or Irrigation Systems at a recognized South African institution in 2026.
– Work Integrated Learning must be a graduation requirement.
– Less than one year of full-time work experience in the field.
– Residency in the city of hire.
– Strong academic performance is advantageous.
