What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support services to the circuit management team.
- Develop and maintain efficient processes and systems for the circuit office.
- Ensure effective flow of information and documentation to and from the circuit.
- Prepare and verify documentation and reports from various stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the circuit office against set objectives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of workshops and large meetings.
- Manage records and maintain an organized filing system.
- Conduct basic research and compile reports on educational providers.
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding administrative matters and departmental policies.
- Support procurement activities and document management related to the circuit.
What You’ll Need
- National Senior Certificate (or equivalent) and 3 years of relevant clerical or administrative experience.
- Knowledge of provincial and national education strategies and relevant legislation.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and sound computer skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct basic research and analyze documents.
- Capability to work under pressure and make sound judgments.
- Experience in managing procurement and administrative tasks.
