What You’ll Do

  • Compile and maintain databases for the in-service bursary scheme for educators.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for various administrative functions.
  • Support the management and implementation of the Continuous Professional Teacher Development Management System (CPTD MS).
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing necessary documents and recording minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and departmental policies.

What You’ll Need

  • National Senior Certificate (or equivalent) and an appropriate Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in administrative support.
  • A valid driver’s license (excluding code A/A1).
  • Knowledge of provincial and national education policies and procedures.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
