What You’ll Do
- Maintain accurate records and IRP5 certificates to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Perform bi-annual and annual tax reconciliations to uphold financial accuracy.
- Monitor and manage the departmental bank account, including the clearance of banking-related suspense accounts.
- Handle petty cash transactions, ensuring proper record-keeping and issuance.
- Collaborate with team members to support financial reporting and audits.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a finance environment.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- A valid driver’s licence is required for this position.
