The Department of Transport and Public Works is seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer: Support Services to join their team at the Klipfontein/Mitchells Plain Sub-Structure Office. What You’ll Do
- Manage maintenance activities for the Sub-structure office and its facilities.
- Oversee contractual agreements to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Supervise the General Government (GG) fleet vehicles and their maintenance.
- Facilitate the effective delivery of support services, including switchboard and reprographic services.
- Provide administrative support and manage human resources within the component.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate with Mathematics or Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.
- Relevant experience in support services, supply chain management, and contract management.
- A valid Code B/EB driver’s licence.
- Proficiency in computer systems, particularly LOGIS and MS Office.
- Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and related regulations.
