What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and manage LTSM requisitions from schools to ensure timely delivery.
  • Capture and process requisitions submitted by schools accurately.
  • Oversee the retrieval of LTSM by schools, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
  • Ensure proper retention of LTSM within schools to maintain educational standards.
  • Coordinate education library services to enhance resource accessibility for teachers and students.

What You’ll Need

  • An NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA.
  • Qualifications in Financial Management, Internal Auditing, Cost Management, or Accounting are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Record Management or a related field.
  • A valid driver’s license (with exceptions for candidates with disabilities).
  • Strong knowledge of financial legislative frameworks.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent report compilation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical abilities.
