About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support for Forensic Pathology Services, ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage and document case records accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate mortuary administration processes, liaising with various stakeholders.
- Assist Forensic Pathology Services Officers in their duties.
- Ensure compliance with all reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain registers for incoming and outgoing documents as needed.
- Communicate effectively with bereaved families and other involved parties.
What You’ll Need
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12) plus three years of relevant experience, or a Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Public Administration or Public Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong data capturing skills and computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong administrative skills, innovative thinking, and a sound interpersonal relationship.
- A pleasant telephone personality coupled with good planning and organizational skills.
- A valid driver’s license is essential.
