What You’ll Do

  • Provide office accommodation and ensure it meets operational needs.
  • Facilitate the automation and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Oversee cleaning services and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
  • Administer switchboard operations and manage communication.
  • Process payments related to contractual obligations efficiently.
  • Supervise subordinates and effectively utilize available resources.

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12 and an appropriate qualification at NQF 6 level in Public Management, Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in facilities management.
  • A valid driver’s license (with exceptions for individuals with disabilities).
  • Extensive knowledge of the Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, and PFMA.
  • Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability in budgeting, financial management, and project management.
  • Competence in team leadership and developing others.
