What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and implement EMIS services to enhance data quality and accessibility.
  • Conduct data quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Implement and manage policies related to data management effectively.
  • Maintain and oversee the learner unit record information and tracking system.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive statistical reports for educational planning.

What You’ll Need

  • NQF Level 6 qualification recognized by SAQA.
  • Qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Sciences, or Statistics is advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in the EMIS or a related field.
  • A valid driver’s license (except for candidates with disabilities).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective organizational abilities.
  • Proven record-keeping abilities and attention to detail.
