What You’ll Do

  • Efficiently manage personnel administration and human resource development.
  • Oversee disciplinary procedures and labour relations.
  • Handle recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a capable workforce.
  • Manage finance and supply chain operations effectively.
  • Oversee hospital fees, admissions, and medical records management.
  • Coordinate facility-based support services and maintenance requirements.
  • Support the Medical Manager and collaborate with the management team.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a 3-year National Diploma or Degree relevant to the role.
  • Proven experience in managing support services, particularly in people management and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management and supervision.
  • A valid driver’s license (Code B/EB/C1).
  • Willingness to work overtime and be on standby as needed.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Problem-solving and interpersonal skills that foster a collaborative work environment.
