What You’ll Do
- Provide general administrative support to the Vehicle Inspectorate team.
- Maintain the task management system for tracking applications.
- Process NaTIS 121 transactions in line with regulatory and system requirements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and vehicle hires.
- Assist with data entry and the collection of statistics relevant to vehicle operations.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate/National Certificate (Vocational) NQF level 4.
- Basic understanding of NaTIS transaction environments.
- Familiarity with the National Road Traffic Act and its regulations.
- Knowledge of clerical duties and practices, including data capturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
- Team-oriented mindset and good interpersonal skills.
