What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to the Directorate, ensuring efficient operations.
- Control the movement of documents and files, maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with Supply Chain Management tasks to support procurement processes.
- Offer Human Resource Services support by assisting with personnel-related documentation.
What You’ll Need
- A Matriculation/Grade 12/Senior Certificate is required.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and office filing systems.
- Ability to operate office equipment such as fax machines and photocopiers.
- Proficiency in data capturing and computer literacy.
- Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills.
