What You’ll Do

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procurement policies.
  • Assist in formulating the Statutory Human Resource and Training Development Business Plan.
  • Monitor budget spending related to HR processes, including appointments and transfers.
  • Manage Registrar HR-related processes and track registrar activities.
  • Coordinate closely with various departments to facilitate registrar registrations and qualification verifications.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring spreadsheets for medical registrars and interns.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports in line with departmental guidelines.
  • Participate in mandatory support visits and performance evaluations.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What You’ll Need

  • National Senior Certificate and a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Office Management or related fields.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in public administration or management.
  • Understanding of Public Service Regulations and the Public Service Act.
  • Basic knowledge of PERSAL, BAS, PFMA, and relevant financial prescripts.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, and solid communication abilities.
  • Capability to work under pressure and maintain a customer-focused approach.
  • A valid driver’s license.
