What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain databases to manage performance information across various sections.
  • Consolidate performance data and create comprehensive reports for review and accountability sessions.
  • Prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate performance insights effectively.
  • Process and coordinate responses to parliamentary questions and strategy reports.
  • Manage all projects within the component, ensuring alignment with divisional priorities.
  • Facilitate external and internal stakeholder engagements to promote collaboration and transparency.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
  • At least four (4) years of experience in a relevant administrative role.
  • A three (3) year Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and one other official South African language.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • General computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
  • A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
