What You’ll Do
- Supervise the strategic planning and performance reporting processes for the division.
- Facilitate the service delivery improvement plan to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee performance assessments for Senior Management Service (SMS) members.
- Address and facilitate service complaints within your division.
- Manage information support and resources, including human, financial, and physical assets.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of four years’ experience related to the role.
- An applicable three-year diploma or degree (NQF level 6 or higher).
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside general computer literacy.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
