What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and monitor the HR, administrative, and financial support services for SAPS Liaison Officers and Interpol members.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of all HR, administrative, and financial tasks.
  • Administer and certify fixed telephone and cell phone line accounts, including the processing of claims.
  • Manage human, physical, and financial resources allocated to the department.
  • Perform standby and ad hoc duties as necessary to support operations.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of four years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • A three-year diploma or degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) is advantageous, along with relevant training courses.
  • Competency in at least English and one other official South African language.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in general computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
