What You’ll Do

  • Administer generic administration relevant to Component Research.
  • Manage management information specific to the Component 114 Research.
  • Assist in compiling the component budget and related financial documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for strategic planning, performance reporting, and related programs.
  • Support the risk management process for Component Research.
  • Assist in implementing the Service Delivery Improvement Plan.
  • Coordinate and monitor all Human Resource Management-related matters for personnel.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of four years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
  • An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and one other official language.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and prescripts applicable to the Public Service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
