What You’ll Do
- Provide effective reception services to clients and staff.
- Record, organize, store, and retrieve information related to administrative tasks.
- Capture patient health data accurately and efficiently.
- Control routine administration output statistics.
- Retrieve medical records for healthcare professionals and management.
- Assist in clinic and ward reception duties, including secretarial tasks.
- Liaise between patients and healthcare professionals to ensure clear communication.
- Process and capture health records on the Military Medical Main Frame.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with clerical duties and practices.
- Basic knowledge of data capturing and computer operations.
- Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- A typing test will be required during the interview process.
