What You’ll Do
- Provide logistical and secretariat support to the Directorate.
- Assist in managing supply chain clerical tasks.
- Ensure proper document management within the Directorate.
- Offer personnel administration clerical support services.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate (NQF 4) and a valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act and Treasury Regulations.
- Familiarity with DMPR Policies and Public Service Regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and administrative tasks.
- Excellent planning, organizing, analytical, and creative thinking abilities.
