What You’ll Do

  • Ensure that all mechanical repairs are documented accurately.
  • Assist in maintaining daily operations to ensure effective workflow.
  • Contribute to a customer-focused environment by responding promptly to queries.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
  • General computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A customer-focused attitude and the capacity to work under pressure.
