About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support within the mechanical workshop.
- Process maintenance job cards and track work-in-progress.
- Ensure that all mechanical repairs are documented accurately.
- Assist in maintaining daily operations to ensure effective workflow.
- Contribute to a customer-focused environment by responding promptly to queries.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- General computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A customer-focused attitude and the capacity to work under pressure.
