What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/Matriculation Senior Certificate.
  • Knowledge of relevant ILO Conventions and Human Resource Management practices.
  • Familiarity with Batho Pele Principles.
  • Strong planning and organising skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Analytical skills and computer literacy.
  • Proficiency in presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of report writing and demonstrating innovative thinking.
