What You’ll Do
- Register and capture patient information on the Primary Health Care Information System (PHCIS).
- Maintain accurate records through effective filing, retrieving, and tracing of patient folders.
- Manage cash transactions and ensure proper handling of patient documentation.
- Provide support by performing relief duties within the facility as needed.
- Address patient inquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum educational qualification of a Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
- Relevant experience in Patient Administration or Admissions, along with Client Care experience.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in managing health-related software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients and colleagues effectively.
- Ability to take accountability and work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Willingness to work long hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent).Experience: Appropriate experience in Patient Administration/ Admissions.
Appropriate Client Care experience.
Inherent requirement of the job: Prepared to work long hours (which may include night duty, weekends and public holidays) and work overtime on short notice.
Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to accept accountability and responsibility, and to work independently and unsupervised, as well as in a multi-disciplinary team.
