What You’ll Do
- Receive, register, and process firearm applications on the Electronic Firearm Registration System (EFRS).
- Verify application details and prepare documentation for review.
- Maintain accurate records on the system to ensure efficient data management.
- Compile routine performance statistics to support departmental reporting.
- Organize and manage an effective filing system to enhance retrieval processes.
What You’ll Need
- A valid Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4 as recognized by SAQA).
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Competency in general computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work under pressure and extended hours.
