What You’ll Do
- Register contractors and engineers to ensure compliance with departmental standards
- Arrange meetings between the department and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication
- Collate information and compile databases for the development and implementation of housing contracts
- Maintain accurate records and databases of contractors and engineers
- Process claims efficiently to support housing projects
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 / Matric / NQF Level 4 as recognized by SAQA
- Sound knowledge of relevant prescripts and legislative frameworks governing public service
- Proficiency in computer literacy and data management
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
