About the Opportunity

Join Absa’s one-year, HPCSA-accredited internship programme designed for Industrial Psychology Masters students aiming to register as Industrial Psychologists in Independent Practice. With 12 positions available, this programme offers invaluable industry exposure and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

– Engage in practical, industry-relevant projects.
– Work alongside experienced professionals and mentors.
– Contribute to meaningful organisational projects across six domains: Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Psychology, Career Psychology, Employee Wellness, Testing, and Assessment.

Requirements/Qualifications

– Must be a South African citizen.
– Strong academic performance in Honours.
– Completion of M1 or on track by January 2027.
– Registered as Student Psychologists with the HPCSA.
– Must be Johannesburg-based from February 1, 2027, to January 31, 2028.
