Who Should Apply
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and committed individual who meets the following criteria:
- South African citizenship.
- Completed Master’s degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in:
- Public Policy
- Monitoring & Evaluation
- Strategic Management / Corporate Strategy
- Public Administration / Public Management
- Planning
- 6–12 months research exposure in the relevant field.
- No more than 12 months work experience in a related legal or policy environment.
- Strong academic record, with 70%+ average preferred.
- Evidence of proactive engagement in initiatives or service beyond academic coursework, demonstrating commitment to public interest and societal impact.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Demonstrated analytical, investigative, and research skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and contribute to high-quality reports.
- Notable achievements during academic studies or admission journey.
- Computer literacy and comfort with using digital tools for research, reporting, and communication.
