Capitec Bank invites enthusiastic and service-driven individuals to apply for the Bank Better Champion Learnership 2025. This programme is designed to:
- Welcome and assist clients in branches.
- Coordinate branch flow by managing queues effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Support clients with ATM usage and remote/self-service banking channels.
- Build the skills and knowledge required for service consulting.
As part of Capitec’s National Talent Pipeline, successful candidates will be added to a pool of qualified learners ready to be placed when suitable opportunities arise in their respective provinces.
✅ Minimum Requirements
To apply for the Capitec Bank Learnership, you must meet the following criteria:
- Qualification: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, client service exposure in retail, financial, or banking environments is advantageous.
- Knowledge: Basic calculations and the ability to engage with people effectively.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), and interpersonal relationship management skills.
