Barloworld Equipment is looking for four Apprentice Component Specialists to join its Isando Workshop. This full-time apprenticeship offers hands-on training, technical learning, and real-world workshop experience, helping you build a strong career foundation in engineering and component repair.

What You’ll Do:
- Complete both theoretical and practical learning modules, including assessments.
- Keep accurate training and skills documentation (logbooks, records).
- Work safely, following company policies and workshop procedures.
- Meet performance targets and develop strong teamwork and self-management skills.
- Carry out supervised repairs, maintenance, and component operations.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or N3 with Pure Mathematics.
- Grade 12 / N3 with English (minimum 50% pass).
Beneficial Extras:
- N3/N4 theory in Motor, Diesel, or Electrical.
- Technician for the World certificate (T4W).
- Computer literacy.
- Practical experience with hand tools.
- Knowledge of vehicle parts and components.
- Valid driver’s licence (Code 10 is an advantage).
