📝Requirements

A minimum of three (3) year National Diploma (NQF6)/ Undergraduate Bachelor Degree (NQF7) in Public Administration/Business Administration/Public Management/Business Management/Human Resources Management. Four (4) years’ experience of which two (2) years supervisory level (Senior Admin Officer/Practitioner), two (2) years functional experience in Human Resources. Knowledge: Public Service transformation and management issues, White Paper on transformation of public Service, Public Service Act, Ability to convert policy into action, Public Service regulations and relevant prescripts, Departmental policies and procedures, corporate 18 governance, Batho Pele principles, South African Development Community. Minimum Information Security Standards. Skills: General Management, project Management, Communication, Interpersonal relations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate the implementation of Human Resource Policies in PES HQ. Coordinate the implementation of performance management system in PES HQ. Provide secretariat services during performance review meetings. Coordinate the implementation of staff capacity building processes in PES HQ. Manage all resources of the unit HR and Performance Management.
